Logistics Executive
Job Description
1. To prepare and ensure accuracy of details on shipping documents to achieve 0% documentation error 2. To file and keep full set of the shipping documents in good manner 3. To assist on arranging the inbound/outbound logistics (import, local delivery and/or export shipment) 4. To assist on planning and arranging shipment/delivery 5. To ensure logistic activities (import, export, local delivery) on schedule and consistently meeting and/or exceeding our customer\xe2\x80\x99s expectations and satisfaction for quality service 6. Regular tracking and report delivery status for all the shipment to ensure good delivery performance 7. Following changes in transportation and shipping laws and regulations 8. Obtaining permits required by legal departments ie. Export permit or Dangerous Goods (DG) approval for transporting hazardous materials etc.
