Forwarding & Customs Clearance
1. Customs clearance
Review shipping documents to ensure consistency of information (e.g. commodity,
weight, volume and etc)
Apply for relevant import permits, as and when necessary
Handover set of documents over to forwarding officer for customs clearance
To support forwarding officer in engaging Customs, as and when necessary
Client Servicing, for Kuching Consignees
1. Liaise with consignee & HT for timing of container delivery.
2. Liaise with consignee & stevedore for timing of un-stuffing work.
3. To compile tally sheets and shipper invoices; in the event of any damages, to capture
damage with pictures and to make report via email.
4. To confirm with HT on container MT return readiness.
Miscellaneous
1. To assist HT maintenance with payment and collection of spare parts in Kuching, if and
when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
