Delivery Expeditor

Expedite latest delivery date from vendor for SRS projects
Liaise with vendor to ensure timely delivery of equipment
Tracking all purchase order
Handling delivery delays notifications from vendor
Coordinating with the warehouse manager on incoming shipment
Ensuring all orders have been shipped out according to contractual lead time
Dealing with internal/external stake holders on delivery updates from time to time
Identifying and escalating ongoing supplier/contractor delivery issues to Project Team

Provide logistics solution

Contribute to overall SRS project execution and success

Work closely and manage stakeholders including project team and rest of Procurement, Commercial and Contracts team in executing all logistics related activities.
Maintain meticulous records so information can be easily retrieved
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior(s) from time to time

Requirement:

A recognised Bachelor's in Logistics & Supply Chain Operations or any discipline.
Minimum 3-4 years related experience.
Knowledge in rail industry, construction, or telecoms industry.
