WE ARE HIRING FOR MNC!

Job Details:

Position : Logistics - Freight Bill Auditor

Working Hours : Monday to Friday (0800 hour to 1700)

Working Location : Kuala Lumpur Sentral, 50470 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (renewable basis)

Remuneration : Basic (based on qualification & experience) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + insurance & medical coverage

WHO CAN APPLY?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of working experience in logistics
• Strong customer service skills in both written and oral communication in English
• Experience using the following programs; MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
• Must be able to handle workload and be prepared to evaluate objectives when faced with change. Must be self-motivated, able to maintain confidentiality, honest, friendly, punctual, and organized, have a positive attitude and be able to work unsupervised.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills with experience identifying and resolving problems

JOB SCOPE

• Ability to navigate in multiple systems. SAP, Omniscope, Tableau etc
• Ability to comprehend Pricing Contracts and their intricacies with how they apply to the Audit process
• Ability to learn and master the language unique to the freight industry, carrier contracts and rules tariffs
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness
• Responsible for managing assigned accounts to ensure the timely and accurate processing of weekly freight bills for clients and carriers while following quality guidelines and procedures
• Research and resolve discrepancies
• Follow Operations Support policies and procedures to insure proper processing of Accounts Receivable and Payables transactions
• Responsible for handling client and carrier inquiries in a professional manner
• Image pertinent documents
• Receives guidance with respect to overall objectives; Follow Operations Support policies and guidelines while using independent judgment to achieve assigned objectives.
• Responsible for managing workload independently as well as with guidance from lead or manager
• Ability to take on additional duties as assigned by management and incorporate into weekly workflow
