Manage end-to-end logistics operations for a major technology client. Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution across air, ocean, road, and customs operations.
Key Responsibilities
Be the main contact for client communication, escalations, and issue resolution.
Oversee shipment management, compliance, and documentation across all transport modes.
Manage claims and replacement processes (MMR/DISCP), including weekly reporting.
Ensure adherence to client SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs.
Prepare operational reports and support performance reviews.
Provide on-site support during urgent shipments, month-end peaks, and projects.
Working Hours
Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM (as required)
Flexibility required during public holidays, quarter-end, and upon request.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
2-3 years in freight forwarding/logistics operations; experience with technology clients is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office, logistics platforms, and reporting.
Strong communication skills in English; able to work under pressure.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
