Job Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and delivery activities.
Support the development and implementation of logistics schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth supply chain processes.
Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and shipment status to minimize delays and discrepancies.
Prepare and update logistics-related reports and documentation.
Assist in problem-solving and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency within the SCM department.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a
Bachelors Degree
in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative mindset.
Working hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5.30pm
Salary: Up to RM3500
