We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving business growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics or freight forwarding, with hands-on experience in export full container shipments. You should possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Manage and strengthen client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
Conduct market analysis, identify new opportunities, and provide regular sales reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of operations and service delivery.
Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to meet performance targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
Strong understanding of export full container shipments.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
