Our client specializes in the research, development, production, and sales of daily chemical raw materials, including cosmetic active ingredients, raw materials, and synthetic perfumes. They operate two major production bases in Suqian City, Jiangsu Province, and Ma'anshan City, Anhui Province. The Ma'anshan City production base, through its subsidiary, was constructed according to GMP guidelines for APIs and has passed the FDA on-site audit.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate import and export of goods, ensuring timely and efficient customs clearance
Prepare and submit all necessary documentation for import/export activities
Liaise with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to optimize supply chain operations
Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency
Ensure compliance with all relevant import/export regulations and company policies
Provide support to the wider logistics and operations team as required

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or customs-related role.
Strong understanding of import/export procedures and customs regulations.
Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
