Requirements
Basic knowledge or experience in agriculture and/or electrical work is highly preferred
Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written)
Able to communicate effectively with Malay speaking workers
Possess a valid driving license
Responsible, hands-on, and able to work independently
Familiar with basic knowledge of excel and word
Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily activities of workers
Coordinate manpower and ensure smooth operational workflow
Handle procurement and purchasing of materials and supplies
Ensure tools, equipment, and resources are properly managed
