Job Summary:

The Logistics Assistant will work closely with the Logistics Manager and other team members to manage the day-to-day operations of our supply chain. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Import and local shipment Handle documentation & liase with fright forwarder for incoming ahipmnent Prepare & check PL, PI, BL, & permit Coordinate with warehouse for loading pallet info and delivery date Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to schedule and confirm deliveries. Assist in managing inventory levels and perform cycle counts to maintain accurate records. Resolve shipping discrepancies and issues with vendors and carriers. Prepare and update reports on logistics operations, inventory status, and transportation costs. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving any logistics-related issues. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment. Perform other duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in a logistics or supply chain role is preferred. Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and the ability to travel if required.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
