Logistics Support
Job Description
Identify, troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues or gaps in logistics operations, including all shipment error/ swapped shipment. Shipping customer orders domestically and internationally using specified carriers and freight forwarders. Working with multiple internal & external teams, including CAS to ensure all shipment are executed in timely manner & meeting the department monthly KPI. Maintaining inventory of all shipping materials; cycle counting of inventory
