Job Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the investment promotions, distribution strategies, and comprehensive network planning and management for National Express.
• Drive the accomplishment of network-wide objectives, including business volume targets, user engagement, and geographic coverage metrics.
• Champion efforts to enhance network timeliness and standardize franchisee operations across the board.
• Lead initiatives to identify and rectify franchisee business errors, raising the bar on service quality and operational efficiency.
• Expand outlet coverage, foster network-wide standardization, and set the foundation for a robust outlet management system.

• Willingness to commence work in Indonesia with potential relocations to other international locations in the future.
• Degree in Logistics Management or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in express transportation and logistics network management; comprehensive knowledge of logistics and familiarity with its operational workflows.
• Competence in office software.
• Demonstrated skills in coordination, an acute sense of responsibility, excellent team leadership capabilities, and adaptability.
• Fluency in Chinese is essential. Nationality is open.
