Job Summary:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics & Tender Administrator to support the logistics operations and tender management processes. The ideal candidate will coordinate transportation, ensure timely delivery of goods, and manage the end-to-end tender submission process. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

A) Logistics Administration:



Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and warehouse teams. Prepare shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation. Track shipments and resolve logistics issues or delays. Maintain records of all logistics activities, costs, and compliance documentation. Optimize logistics procedures and suggest improvements to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.

B) Tender Administration:



Monitor tender announcements from various portals and platforms. Register and pre-qualify the company with potential clients and government agencies. Prepare and compile tender documentation, ensuring all compliance requirements are met. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., finance, admin & operation) to gather required information. Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of tender proposals. Maintain a database of past tenders, outcomes, and feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination and/or tender administration. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience in tender submission is a plus. Ability to work under tight deadlines with high attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:



1) Experience with government or corporate tendering procedures.

2) May require overtime during peak tender periods or urgent shipments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
