  • Prepare and organize shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, airway bills, delivery notes).
  • Assist in coordinating domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders and transport providers.
  • Track and update shipment statuses to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support import/export documentation in compliance with customs requirements.
  • Update shipment details for trade compliance and customs audit reporting.
  • Assist in preparing management reports (shipment status, cost analysis, etc.).
  • Monitor and reorder office supplies, stationery, and refreshments.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance or repairs.
  • Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Able to commit for a minimum internship period of 3-6 months.
