Job Description
We are looking for a driven and organised Logistics Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at MASTER AGENCIES (M) SDN. BHD. in Klang, Selangor. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operations of our warehouse, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials.
Jobscope :
Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching goods Oversee and optimise warehouse layout and inventory management systems Monitor stock levels and implement effective stock control processes Liaise with suppliers, carriers and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries Supervise and train warehouse staff, delegating tasks and ensuring high productivity Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency Maintain detailed records and generate reports on warehouse performance Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations
Requirements :
Relevant certificate, degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field Minimum 3 years' experience in a warehouse or logistics coordination role Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a keen eye for detail Excellent organisational and time management abilities Proficient in using warehouse management systems and inventory control software Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders Hardworking and able to work well in a team and lead by example Preferred applicants residing in Klang/Port Klang/Shah Alam area.
