Warehouse Coordinator
is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a warehouse to ensure efficient receiving, storage, and distribution of goods. This role involves coordinating inventory, supervising warehouse staff, ensuring safety compliance, and working closely with logistics and supply chain teams to maintain optimal flow of goods.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods Maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock checks Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments Monitor warehouse productivity and workflow Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Communicate with carriers and internal teams Use warehouse ERP software Assist in training and supervising warehouse staff Report on warehouse performance and inventory discrepancies
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in warehouse/logistics operations Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Familiarity with WMS/ERP software Good communication and leadership abilities Forklift certification (optional but often preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
