Logistics & Warehouse Executive.
Our client, a well-established MNC specialized in industrial packaging industry. The company is actively seeking an experienced Logistics & Warehouse Executive to join as a pioneer team.
Industry: Manufacturing/Production (Industrial Packaging Products)
Working Hour: Monday to Friday
Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor Bahru
s:
- Acting HOD, responsible for overseeing the logistics, warehouse and customer service activities.
- Plan delivery method and identify foreseen/unforeseen issues to ensure meeting the delivery schedules and customer satisfaction.
- Attend customer enquiries related to orders and deliveries.
- Obtain and update logistics rates, accessorial charges, and fuel surcharge in the system (TMS).
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (customers and logistics vendors).
- Prepare delivery schedules, reports and quotes if necessary.
- Make sure accurate inventory, shipment, shipping info and documents are complied with local regulations and requirements.
- Enforce safety protocols are strictly followed by the teammates.
- Min. 5 years of relevant working experience in logistics/warehouse/supply chain function or relevant.
- Min. Diploma education level or above.
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Familiar with ERP/SAP software is a plus.
- Possess a forklift training certificate/license.
