REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum
4 years of experience
in the debt collection industryPreference given
to candidates with experience handling:SINGER products AND Motorcycle shop accounts
We are currently anticipating the onboarding of a major client in the near future Proven experience in leading and managing a collection team Strong understanding of SOPs, KPIs, and collection ethics Able to work under pressure and target-drivenRESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and monitor the performance of the collection team Ensure monthly targets and client KPIs are achieved Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members Handle own collection accounts and assist in resolving difficult cases Prepare collection performance and progress reports
