As a Service Team Member, you will be an ambassador of Loop + SpargoEats’ core values. You will be an essential part of the guest experience, through the face-to-face customer interaction that sets us apart from other restaurant companies.
You will :
? Maintain cleanliness of the service area + lobby area, clean tables and chairs.
? Ensure that utensils, napkins + beverage stations are restocked at specific levels.
? Learn and maintain knowledge of our changing menu to effectively communicate all
ingredients to guests.
? Operate POS register to complete customer transactions.
? Ensure all food placed in the service area meets food safety and quality standards.
? Greet guests, guide the customer journey, resolve guests issues and properly inform
guests of cashless transactions + how our ordering process works.
? Receive deliveries and verify that all ordered items have been delivered and are of
good quality.
? Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
? Manage communication between Customers and Kitchen Team Member to
determine items for serving areas that need to be stocked and relay special requests
by customers.
We’re looking for someone with:
? Experience in maintaining rigorous high quality and safety standards.
? Passion for various cooking styles and techniques necessary to develop and execute
menus.
? Food handler certificate.
? Hungry to expand their knowledge base and skill set.
? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Ability to follow all hygiene procedures.
? Ability to work in a team.
? Good communication skills.
? Great physical condition and stamina.
