Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist Department Head in manage a department and training on new staff. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for monthly sales achievements. \xe2\x80\xa2 To attend customers\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries, complaints and orders and to ensure customers satisfaction. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure good housekeeping / cleanliness / tidiness and effective display of merchandise in outlet. \xe2\x80\xa2 To carry out day-to-day operations and perform good customer services. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 STPM / Certificate holder with or without working experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Pleasant disposition and customer-service oriented. \xe2\x80\xa2 Optimise sales opportunities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong interest and passionate to work in retail industry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Relevant experience in the retail industry \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work in shift hours, weekends & public holidays.
