Assist in loading goods onto the lorry at the warehouse or pick-up point.
Unload goods at delivery locations safely and efficiently.
Ensure items are handled with care to prevent damage.
Assist the driver with directions and navigation.
Keep the lorry clean and organized.
Report any issues with the vehicle to the driver or supervisor.
Maintain a polite and professional attitude during deliveries.
Assist in resolving minor delivery issues on-site (e.g. clarifying delivery quantities).
Work closely with the driver and warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Follow instructions from supervisors and report progress or delays.
