2. Memastikan penghantaran barang dalam tempoh masa yang ditetapkan.
3. Mahir membuat loading / unloading.
4. Mempunyai fizikal yang sihat dan kuat.
5. Bekerja baik sebagai satu pasukan dan berdisiplin diri.
