Key Responsibilities

Operate company lorries safely to deliver pet products (food, accessories, etc.) to wholesale and retail clients. Load and unload goods properly to avoid damage. Ensure all deliveries are made on time, accurately, and with complete documentation. Conduct daily vehicle inspections; report any mechanical or maintenance issues. Follow all road-safety regulations, company policies, and delivery protocols. Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the lorry. Assist warehouse or stock teams when needed. Provide courteous and professional customer service during deliveries. Record mileage, fuel usage, delivery times, and route information. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and supervisors.

Qualifications & Skills

Valid

Malaysian Class E driving licence

(for heavy motor vehicles / lorries) is preferred. Valid

Goods Driving Licence (GDL)

(vocational licence) is required for commercial delivery operations. At least 21 years old (common requirement for vocational licences). One-year driving experience on a relevant licence is often needed. Good knowledge of local/regional driving routes. Physically capable of handling heavy loads. Strong time-management and communication skills. Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.

Experience:

Truck Driving: 1 year (Preferred)
