Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operate lorries of various sizes Plan delivery routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries. Load and unload Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues or damage. Maintain accurate mileage logs. Comply with road safety laws and transport regulations. Keep vehicles clean and in good operating condition. Follow company policies and delivery procedures.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license appropriate for heavy and normal lorries (e.g., Class 1, Class 2, or local equivalent). Clean driving record. Proven experience as a lorry driver, ideally with both heavy and light trucks. Good knowledge of road safety regulations and vehicle maintenance. Ability to handle physical work, including loading and unloading goods. Strong time management and communication skills. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or shifts if required.
