PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Safely transport company staff, goods, or documents to specified locations. Ensure timely pickup and drop-off according to the schedule. Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to designated locations. Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle. Follow all company and traffic laws and regulations. Perform regular checks and ensure the vehicle is in good working condition and are always ready for use (e.g., fuel, oil, tire pressure, etc.). Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle malfunctions to the supervisor immediately. Assist with loading and unloading of items if required. Perform other duties as assigned by the management. Carrying out vehicle maintenance checks. Delivering stocks to customers in a timely manner. Utilizing navigation apps to find the most optimal route. Interacting with clients in professional conduct. Working at night and on weekends. Maintaining an organized travel schedule. Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of vehicle and equipment. Complete all delivery documentation (e.g., DO, check list, vehicle logbooks, fuel receipts) accurately. Able to work local & outstation. Arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary. Give FULL Cooperation with operation team for daily schedules and instruction. Updating monthly mileage records. Ready to handle Heavy Tyres safely.

Requirements

Possess a valid Malaysia driving license (Class D or E, depending on vehicle type) Able to communicate in basic English or Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus. Possess a valid

GDL licence

Minimum 2 years of driving experience preferred. Good knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations. Extensive knowledge of the operating area. Physical strength and ability for stocks transport. Able to work flexible hours and overtime if needed. Physically fit and reliable. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Clean driving record with no major traffic offences. Proficiency using GPS devices.
