As a member of the security and loss prevention team, you will be part of the core of Amazon\'s robust security platform that supports the company\'s rapid growth. You will support the achievement of business objectives and strengthening of our brand by effectively protecting against relevant threats and managing security and loss prevention risks, exposures and losses that endanger our employees and customers, affect the continuity of our business operations, our material and... damage intangible assets and adversely affect our corporate brand and reputation. You can do this by PREVENTING risks and vulnerabilities as early as possible, intervening on evolving incidents and compromises to minimize negative impacts, and by thoroughly INVESTIGATING security incidents to identify root causes and eliminate and prevent recurrence. Key Competencies BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Relevant experience in loss prevention or security Demonstrated experience with loss prevention programs, including experience in a sales environment, at managerial level Demonstrated ability to proactively allocate the right data from appropriate sources collect them, taking into account all the facts and other perspectives PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Ei n Advanced academic degree or relevant qualification would be an advantage An understanding of Kaizen and Lean methods and techniques would be an advantage You should be agile and flexible in your approach You should be able to work with limited guidance from management.
