We are looking for

Passionate and Creative educator

. A lower primary teacher's job involves planning and delivering lessons, creating a safe and engaging classroom, assessing student progress, fostering social-emotional development, and communicating with parents. Key responsibilities include developing engaging lesson plans tailored to young learners, monitoring their progress through various assessments, and ensuring a nurturing, stimulating, and secure learning environment that supports diverse learning styles and individual needs.

Core Responsibilities

Instruction & Lesson Planning:

Develop and deliver well-structured, high-quality lessons across various subjects, including literacy, numeracy, science, and arts, to meet curriculum objectives.

Classroom Management:

Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and organized classroom environment that encourages participation, curiosity, and a love of learning.

Assessment & Feedback:

Monitor student progress through formative assessments, providing constructive feedback to inform future teaching and support individual development.

Social & Emotional Development:

Foster students' personal growth, self-esteem, and positive social interaction, ensuring they feel valued and cared for.

Key Duties

Curriculum Delivery:

Adapt lesson plans and teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles, abilities, and needs of the students.

Parent Communication:

Maintain regular contact with parents and guardians to discuss student progress, provide updates, and foster a supportive learning home-school environment.

Collaboration:

Work with other teachers, supervisors, and school staff to discuss school policies, share best practices, and contribute to the overall educational program.

Professional Development:

Participate in professional development opportunities and training sessions to stay informed about educational trends and enhance teaching practices.

Required Skills

Subject Matter Expertise:

A secure knowledge of the relevant subjects and curriculum areas, with the ability to make learning interesting and relevant for young children.

Adaptability:

An ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing guidelines, circumstances, and the individual needs of pupils.

Communication:

Strong communication skills for interacting effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

Patience and Empathy:

The capacity to patiently support and guide young learners, fostering their confidence and creating a nurturing atmosphere.
