Lsr Engineer (polymer / Chemical Engineering Fresh Graduate)
Job Description
Experience with setting up molds and SILICONE PROCESS for injection molding machines and automate equipment.
Performs daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance of all LSR machinery, equipment and systems.
Monitors and correct efficiencies of processes.
Train employees on jobs and performs machine/mold setups
Trouble shoots process and machine issues and repairs/corrects findings
Implement and maintain SIM (Scientific Injection Molding) where appropriate.
Pulls, cleans, measures screws and barrels as required - maintaining updated/accurate database
Develop and manage validation protocols and reports (IQ/OQ/PQ) and provide objective evidence that equipment, processes, test methods, and product meet requirements and are compliant with regulations.
Generate and maintain documentation for all internal manufacturing processes.
Prepare reports timely and accurately as required.
To carry out any other duties and job functions when required by superior or persons acting on behalf of the Company.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Chemical/Polymer/Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Understand of 5S Management, QMS, ISO 13485 procedures and requirements. Knowledge of mechanical / electrical control. Must be willing to hands-on and work in plastic injection molding environment.
