Quantity Surveyor Manager
Job Description
- Participate and prepare project feasibility assessment including the measurement & pricing and advise on materials costs & purchase materials
· To coordinate with site management to monitor the project and collect all supporting documents & evidence for assessment of budget variance
· Prepare monthly progress budgetary report and progress of work and evaluate recommendations for performance improvement
· Monitoring cash flow of the project, advise and report the site financial and costing to Directors and the CFO Office
· Site visit and site evaluation
· Coordinate with Project sites’ GM, contractors and site personnel
· Filling and documentations management
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
· Required language(s): English, Mandarin
· At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Good interpersonal skills and initiative
· Good time management and able to cope with fast paced working environment
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision
· Able to travel if/when required
