ABOUT THE JOB:
We are seeking for an Ad Operation Specialist to handle and manage publishers growth.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Publisher onboarding set-up and execution, including generating and testing ad tags for publishers/campaign launches
- Complete quality assurance and testing of creative assets to ensure proper functionality across browsers
- Ensure ad creative adheres to technical specifications and troubleshoot creative issues that affect implementation, tracking and/or reporting
- Communicate with internal team to ensure the proper set-up and deployment
- Work on integrations with both Demand and supply-side external partners.
- Liaise with the account team to ensure accurate reporting, optimization and improvement
- Monitor publisher performance on a day to day basis, and advise publishers on ways to increase their revenue.
- Perform reconciliations between media plans and 3rd party ad delivery
- Provide recommendations and solutions to quickly resolve technical issues
- Identify opportunities to implement solutions that increase effectiveness and efficiencies
- Enable our publishers to maximize their revenue using Ureka’s products and services.
- Additional projects and tasks supporting the Ad Operations team where required
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years experience in digital trafficking at a media agency/media owner.
- Experiences in online media, publisher management, yield optimization and familiar with Google Ad Manager environment.
- Detailed oriented and able to work independently.
- Deep understanding of DoubleClick Campaign Manager (experienced with other 3rd party ad servers is a PLUS).
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and ability to consolidate information and work with multiple data points.
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Web Analytics tracking and Viewability/Verification preferred.
