At least 3 years of working experience in similar capacity in retail business, Department Store experience preferred.
Strong leadership skills with positive attitude, good analytical and problem solving abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and is able to work well with all levels of staff.
Good Microsoft office and administrative skills with ability to generate reports accurately and timely.
Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Good command of language both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities
To assist the Superiors in supervising the staff and promoters\' manpower coverage, discipline and conduct are in accordance to the Company\'s policies and regulations.
Ensure client satisfaction by constantly providing the standards of SEIBU services and values.
Assist in managing and coordinate promotional events, manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stocks levels are maintain, minimize stock losses and merchandise displays are proper and visually appealing and sufficient throughout the day.
Execute and perform any task or assignment that may be assigned by the superior.
Be the product expert with extensive knowledge of the merchandises, designs, constructions and the craftsmanship
Maintain high energy on the sales floor
