Job Description
- Support retail sales staff in meeting outlet sales goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all patrons.
- Foster positive customer relationships.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of store products and services to drive sales.
- Manage and schedule staff shifts.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels each day.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist with all daily operations of the outlet.
- Mentor hire train and enforce discipline with employees.
- Guide and assist with store display setup.

- Having a friendly demeanor and strong interpersonal abilities contributes to increased sales.
- Showing enthusiasm and motivation in the workplace.
- Exhibiting effective organizational and self-control qualities.
- Proficient in sales techniques to maximize commission earnings.
- Having the ability to travel is an added bonus.
- Demonstrating exceptional leadership and persuasive abilities.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in watch retail.
- Capable of working in the Damansara/ PJ/ KL area.
