Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the growth of Live revenue by the company's strategic objectives.
2. Trainee and assess the hosts to improve the live tempo.
3. Manage the process of Tiktok/Shoppe/Lazada such as writing live broadcast scripts, confirm discounts with Brand team, writing product selling points, flash sales? giveaways, etc..
4. By the annual operational objectives and budget, be responsible for building the
5. Live revenue growth strategy and key benefits, designing the monthly ops plan, product promotions, and campaign activities to effectively improve each host's live revenue.
Qualifications:
1. Basic Malaysian speaking , Mandarin speaker is added advantage.
2. Strong communication and execution skills, excellent copywriting skills.
3. Excellent Excel skills, especially formula.
4. Fresh graduates are welcome!
5. Strong organizational skills to be able to execute multiple projects.
6. Readiness to take on new challenges while paying strong attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently and as a team player, with can do attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
8. Open to flexible work arrangements depending on campaign and business needs.
