M251 AH C(A45)Title: Senior Sales & Marketing Manager (Business Development)Company Background: Food ManufacturingWorking Hour: 8 am 5.45pm or 8.30am 6.15pmWorking Day: 5 days (Mon - Fri)Working Location : Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas, Gelang Patah, Johor.Salary Range: RM 8,000 to RM 15,000Fixed Allowance: Meal RM 200 + Travel RM 500Benefits: Bonus (Depends on performance), Annual leave, Public Holiday, Sick Leave, EPF & SOCSOJobs Description:Responsible for develop and implement business development strategies in alignment with companys goalsAchieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information, strategic planning, and performance reviewsImprove product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities, including coordination of new product development initiativesPlan and execute monthly business plans, including facilitate customer visits and engagement activities to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunitiesDeliver product demonstrations to customers during visits, showcasing the value and benefits of our products and techniquesBuild a good relationship and promote open communication with all departments to effectively support markets and customersJob Requirement / Special Skills needed for this position:Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant fieldsMinimum 10 years of business development and sales experience in manufacturing fieldMust have relevant experience in food industryFluent in communicationWilling to travel both local and oversea and work independently with own transportUnderstanding of market trends, regulations, and competitorsGood business mind and financial literacyStrategic thinking and results-orientedGood communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsProficient in negotiation, analysis, and problem-solvingGood work ethic
