Senior Sales & Marketing Manager (Business Development) - new headcount *The role is no additional commission / incentives as for now Company Background: Food Manufacturing - Chocolate Working Hour: 8 am \xe2\x80\x93 5.45pm or 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 6.15pm Working Day: 5 days (Mon - Fri) Working Location : Gelang Patah, Johor Salary Range: RM 8,000 to RM 15,000 Fixed Allowance: Meal RM 200 + Travel RM 500 Benefits: Bonus (Depends on performance), Annual leave, Public Holiday, Sick Leave, EPF & SOCSO Jobs Description: Responsible for develop and implement business development strategies in alignment with company\xe2\x80\x99s goals Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information, strategic planning, and performance reviews Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities, including coordination of new product development initiatives Plan and execute monthly business plans, including facilitate customer visits and engagement activities to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities Deliver product demonstrations to customers during visits, showcasing the value and benefits of our products and techniques Build a good relationship and promote open communication with all departments to effectively support markets and customers Job Requirement / Special Skills needed for this position:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant fields
• Minimum 10 years of business development and sales experience in manufacturing field Must have relevant experience in food industry
• Fluent in communication in Mandarin , English , Malay
• Willing to travel both local and oversea and work independently with own transport
• Understanding of market trends, regulations, and competitors
• Good business mind and financial literacy
• Strategic thinking and results-oriented
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in negotiation, analysis, and problem-solving
• Good work ethic
