-Developing sales strategies: responsible for developing effective sales strategies to help the company achieve revenue goals. This may include identifying new market opportunities, setting sales targets, and developing pricing strategies.

-Creating marketing plans: responsible for creating marketing plans to promote the companys products or services. This includes identifying target markets, developing advertising campaigns, and executing promotional activities.

-Analyzing market trends: must stay up-to-date on market trends and consumer behavior to ensure that companys products or services remain competitive. Analyze market data, track consumer preferences, and identify opportunities for growth.

-Managing budgets: responsible for managing the sales and marketing budget. This includes allocating resources to different marketing initiatives, monitoring expenses, and ensuring that the budget is used effectively.

-Collaborating with other departments: work closely with other departments, such as product development, customer service, and finance, to ensure that sales and marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.

-Reporting and analysis: must regularly report on sales and marketing performance to senior management. This includes analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for future strategies.
Requirements

-Bachelor Degree, preferably Marketing, Advertising, Sales, Business Administration, or related field.

-Minimum 8 years in Sales and Marketing

-Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

-Unparalleled communication, writing, and editing skills required.

-Ability to adapt and pick up new techniques.

-Proven working experience as a Senior Sales & Marketing manager, or a relevant role with a track record.
