Coda is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and establish the Product Marketing function formally for the first time at Coda. You will be responsible for pioneering this function for Coda, while overseeing the positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, customer intel, sales enablement and go-to-market development of Coda\'s B2B solutions. This role reports to the Senior Director of Partnerships Marketing. Our marketing organization is organized into 4 pillars, Consumer, Partnerships Marketing, Communications and Brand & Design. This role will sit within the Partnerships Marketing org, but liaise closely with the rest of the marketing organization. Marketing at Coda is accountable for driving business outcomes. Partnerships Marketing acts as the leading point of contact and collaborative counterpart to our partners - deeply understanding their ongoing challenges and goals. This enables Coda to better serve our partners and impact new and existing opportunities . Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing materials, insights and strategies to drive B2B solution adoption and revenue growth. Conduct market research to identify target customers, understand their needs and pain points, and develop compelling value propositions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, commercialization (sales), and customer success, to ensure alignment and successful go-to-market execution. Define and articulate the unique value proposition of the product. Develop positioning strategies that differentiate the product from competitors in the market. Ensure alignment of updated messaging in content creation, website updates, email marketing, social media, and other related content and activities. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product differentiation and improvement. Influence product roadmap and feature prioritization. Drive the creation of marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and thought leadership content (in collaboration with comms) specific to partner needs. Work with teammates to track and report on key metrics, including pipeline growth, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, and provide regular updates to the executive team. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. 8-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably 5+ of product marketing in B2B technology or gaming industry. Proven track record of driving Go to Market efforts successfully launching and marketing B2B solutions, specifically in the game publishing, content or live streaming sectors. In-depth understanding of the gaming industry, including knowledge of game publishers, developers, distribution channels, and emerging trends. Data savvy with strong analytical skills and the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed marketing decisions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present complex concepts to diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, partners, and customers.
