Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer - Enterprise to take full ownership of our M365 platform while managing critical hybrid infrastructure components. This role is strategic and hands-on, focusing on governance, feature deployment, automation, and continuous improvement across our global enterprise environment. In addition to M365 responsibilities, the successful candidate will oversee on-prem Active Directory, DNS, and collaborate on AWS-hosted infrastructure to ensure seamless integration and reliability. Strong expertise in identity and Single Sign-On (SSO) is essential, as M365 serves as the identity provider for numerous enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

? Own and manage the Microsoft 365 enterprise environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Security & Compliance Center.

? Develop and execute the M365 roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Microsoft's feature releases.

? Implement governance, compliance, and lifecycle management policies across the M365 platform.

? Lead feature deployments and adoption initiatives (e.g., Copilot, Viva, Teams Premium).

? Automate administrative tasks and workflows using PowerShell, Graph API, and Power Automate.

? Monitor platform health, performance, and security posture; proactively address risks and vulnerabilities.

? Design and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations for enterprise applications using Azure AD / Entra ID.

? Configure and maintain Conditional Access policies, MFA, and identity protection measures.

? Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for productivity improvements and user experience enhancements.

? Provide Tier 3 escalation support for complex M365 issues (minimal BAU support).

Requirements

? Proven experience in managing and optimizing Microsoft 365 enterprise environments.

? Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, and related services.

? Expertise in PowerShell scripting and automation; familiarity with Graph API.

? Experience with governance, compliance, and security configurations in M365.

? Deep understanding of identity and access management (Azure AD / Entra ID), including SSO and federation.

? Hands-on experience with Conditional Access, MFA, and integration of SaaS applications with Azure AD.

? Hands-on experience with Active Directory administration and DNS management.

? Exposure to AWS infrastructure services and hybrid cloud integration strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
