System Engineer (M365 & Cloud)

We are looking for a Senior Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and cloud platforms, who is able to work independently, communicate clearly, and support a broad enterprise IT environment.

Key Requirements & Skills

Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 administration (not limited to basic support) Microsoft Certified: MS-102 (M365 Administrator) Proven experience in installation, configuration, patching, and update

s

of M365 applications (Visio, Project, Planner, To Do, etc.) Solid experience managing Azure AD, on-prem Active Directory, and hybrid cloud environments Broad cloud exposure is essential - candidates should have working knowledge of Azure and/or AWS cloud services Experience supporting or participating in cloud migration projects (on-prem to cloud or hybrid) Strong scripting capability using PowerShell and/or Batch files for automation, reporting, and administration Hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Exchange Server 2019, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune Experience in Backup & Restore, License Management, Monitoring, User & Access Administration Exposure to Defender for Server, Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) rollout, and patching activities Knowledge of Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate is an added advantage Strong understanding of IT Service Management processes (Incident, Change & Request Management - ServiceNow) Clear and confident English communication skills required for daily collaboration with stakeholders, documentation, and troubleshooting discussions Ability to handle a wide range of technologies, troubleshoot independently, and adapt to new platforms quickly

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM11,500.00 per month
