• Different level of positions available
• Title and banding will be accorded based on experience level

• Preparation of presentation documents, pitch decks and company propositions/proposals.
• Build financial models with strong assumptions as part of mandate execution
• Research, analysis, preparation of reports on industry sectors and corporations
• Consolidation of documents for due diligence processes for mergers and acquisition mandates
• Ascertain reasonable and consistency of corporate finance transaction with market-based principles and regulatory requirements
• Providing due diligence and negotiation support
• Identification of potential bidders and running a sales process
• Able to solve problems or issues arising from jobs with minimal supervision from Team Leader
• Provision of financial advice to the clients
• Liaise with regulators on the processing of submissions relating to the jobs
• Supervision and monitoring of progress of subordinates

• Degree and/or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or Business Studies from an institution by the recognized Government of Malaysia;
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in corporate advisory/accounting/auditing/finance;
• Designation and banding will be accorded based on overall level of experience
• Experienced in the area of mergers and acquisition, listings, securities issues and corporate finance transactions is essential;
