Job Description

SUMMARY:

Responsible for operating machinery to produce a variety of wire products specification. They will work with production team to ensure that products are manufactured on time and with quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES:

Operate machinery to produce a variety of wire products specification and quality standards as assigned by superior. Monitor and adjust machinery settings to ensure that products meet quality standards and quality systems requirements as set out by the Management. Monitoring quality of output products during production processes at each production stage. Maintain machinery and ensure that it is safe to operate. Follow all safety procedures, regulations, work instruction (WI), Standard of Procedure (SOP) in operating the machine, handling raw materials and output products. Follow orders from superior (leader, supervisor, clerk, assistant manager, manager) to ensure that production goals are met, discipline are maintained, and rules are followed. Report any problems or malfunctions of machineries to the Leader or Supervisor. Report to superior on any non-conformance (raw material, semi-conduct, process, etc) finding during production process. Record production reports, parameters and data clearly and correctly. Reporting to Leader or Supervisor in charge for any absence, leave taken, time off / gate pass / timeslip on time. Maintain good housekeeping and safety measures.
