The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring chocolate production machines to ensure smooth production flow and consistent product quality.
Key Responsibilities
Operate machines according to SOP and production schedule.
Monitor machine settings and adjust within allowed parameters to maintain quality.
Perform cleaning of machines and work area to meet hygiene standards.
Assist in product changeovers and simple machine setups.
Record production output and report issues to Supervisor/Technician.
Handle raw materials and finished products properly to avoid contamination.
Follow all safety, GMP, and HACCP requirements during operations.
Support team in achieving daily production targets.
Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Experience in machine operation in food manufacturing is an advantage (training provided).
Able to follow work instructions and SOPs.
Physically fit and able to work in a production environment.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and overtime.
Responsible, disciplined, and a team player.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
