Job responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machinery and equipment in the data centre to ensure optimal performance. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent equipment malfunctions. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment. Document and report any operational issues or discrepancies to the supervisor. Collaborate with the technical team to implement process improvements. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Assist in the setup and configuration of new equipment as needed.


Job requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus. Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role in a data centre or manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, if required.
