Set up and operate lamination machines (e.g., extrusion, thermal, solvent-based, dry lamination).
Monitor machine functions and adjust parameters (temperature, pressure, speed, tension) to maintain quality standards.
Feed raw materials (films, adhesives, rolls) into machines and monitor supply levels.
Perform regular quality checks to ensure lamination meets thickness, adhesion, and appearance specifications.
Identify and report any product defects or machine malfunctions.
Record production data accurately, including machine readings and output logs.
Perform basic preventive maintenance, such as cleaning rollers and replacing worn parts.
Follow all company safety protocols and wear required PPE.
Assist maintenance personnel during machine breakdowns.
Communicate with other operators, quality control, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Support continuous improvement efforts in productivity, safety, and quality.
