CAT Environmental Protection Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and physically capable

Machine Operator

to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of industrial machinery critical to our environmental processes. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and a willingness to work flexible hours when operational needs demand.

Key Responsibilities

Machinery Operation:

Operate and monitor process machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure production efficiency and quality output.

Maintenance Checks:

Conduct regular visual inspections and basic preventive maintenance on machinery, reporting any faults, malfunctions, or abnormal conditions immediately to the Supervisor.

Process Monitoring:

Monitor production parameters, material flow, and equipment performance, making minor adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal production rates.

Quality Control:

Ensure all processed materials meet quality standards and record production data accurately.

Safety & Compliance:

Strictly adhere to all company

Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS)

policies, including wearing mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Housekeeping:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the production area.
Requirements

Education:

Minimum qualification of

Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)

or a relevant

Diploma

certification.

Physical Fitness:

Must be in

good physical health

and capable of performing manual labor, standing for long periods, lifting, and working in an industrial environment.

Experience:

Prior experience in manufacturing, factory operation, or machinery handling is an advantage. Candidates must be

reliable, focused, and possess strong concentration skills

.

Language:

Able to understand basic instructions in Bahasa Malaysia or English. Chinese /mandarin is a bonus

Compensation and Benefits

Basic Salary

RM1,800.00

Working Days

5 days a week (Typically Monday to Friday)

Working Hours

8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Includes one-hour paid lunch break)

Overtime (OT)

Required

to work during weekends, public holidays, and outside of normal hours as operational requirements dictate. All OT is compensated according to the Malaysian Employment Act.

Statutory Benefits

Contributions to the

Employees Provident Fund (EPF)

and the

Social Security Organization (SOCSO)

, along with other employment entitlements.
