We are seeking a skilled and reliable

Machine Operator

to join our team in the steel manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will operate, maintain, and monitor machinery used in the processing and production of steel products, ensuring high-quality output and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate various machines such as drawing machine, cutting machine or welding machine. Set up machines for production runs, including adjusting settings for wire diameter, mesh size, and welding parameters. Monitor machinery during operation to ensure smooth functioning and identify irregularities. Conduct visual and manual inspections to ensure mesh dimensions, weld points, and spacing meet specifications. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to reduce downtime. Ensure proper loading and feeding of wire spools or rods into machines. Handle finished mesh products: trimming, bundling, stacking, or packaging as required. Maintain a clean and organized work area, complying with all workplace safety standards and procedures. Record daily production data and report any defects or mechanical issues to the supervisor. Assist in material handling and inventory of raw materials and finished goods.

Job Requirement:

Able to work overtime & rotational shift (day shift or night shift) Physical ability to lift heavy wire bundles and stand for long periods in a production environment. Teamwork and communication skills, with a commitment to safety and quality. 1-2 years of experience in a steel product or mesh manufacturing environment preferred. Attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or product specifications. Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
