Machine Operators
to join our production team and support daily machining operations.
Job Responsibilities
Operate machines such as CNC, lathe, milling, cutting, drilling, or other shop-floor equipment.
Perform basic setup, loading/unloading of parts, and machine adjustments as required.
Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities or production issues.
Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, or visual inspection.
Follow production schedule and ensure parts meet quality and dimensional requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in reducing scrap and downtime.
Follow all safety procedures and ensure proper handling of tools and materials.
Requirements
Minimum SPM / certificate in mechanical, machining, or related field.
Experience in machining, manufacturing, or CNC operations is an advantage (training provided for beginners).
Able to read simple technical drawings is a plus.
Basic understanding of machine operation, measurement tools, and production workflow.
Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment.
Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.
Willing to work overtime or shifts if required.
