Operate machines according to SOP and production schedule.
Set up, calibrate, and adjust machines as needed.
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot basic issues.
Conduct quality checks on materials and finished goods.
Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine preventive maintenance.
Record daily production output, downtime, and issues.
Follow all safety guidelines and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent.
Experience in machine operation is an advantage (training provided).
Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
Willing to work
shift
and
overtime
when required.
Good teamwork and discipline.
