Position title

Machine Operator-(Male) Bending Role/CNC Press Brake

Responsibilities

Set-up and operate CNC machine to produce precision parts
Verify conformance of finished work piece to specification using precision instruments (Vernier, Micrometer)
Responsible for operational activities relating to bending machines
Liaise with Warehouse and Production to ensure smooth flow of material and component supply
Improve and sustain housekeeping
Support in training as and when required
Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time

Qualifications

2 years work experience operating CNC Press Brake Machine
Knowledge and understand engineering specification
Read and understand Mechanical Engineering Drawings (blueprints)
Understanding of machine set-up, able to change machinery for multiple set-ups with the various products lines and material requirements
Knows of health and safety procedures
Physically fit to perform all required duties
Independent and team player
