Position title

Machine Operator-(Male)-CNC Turret Punch

Responsibilities

Set-up and operate CNC machine to produce precision parts
Verify finished work piece to specification using precision instruments (Vernier, Micrometer)
Operate activities relating to punching machines
Liaise with Warehouse and Production to ensure smooth flow of material and component supply
Improve and maintain housekeeping
Support in training as and when required

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years working experience operating CNC Turret Punch Machine
knowledge and understand engineering specification
To read and understand Mechanical Engineering Drawings (blueprints)
Understand machine set-up, able to effectively change machinery for multiple set-ups with the various products lines and material requirements
Knowledge of health and safety procedures
Physically fit to perform all required duties
Independent and good team work
